If you ever get to Manchester, VT make sure to try the Ribs at Laney's Restaurant....they are AMAZING and HUGE. Also, the Chanticleer (a french restaurant) is delicious.
I remember hearing good things about Chanticleer...these recs will definitely come in handy the next time we're in Vermont. Ribs after skiing is rewarding :D
